Lemon Cream with Crunchy Biscuit

Ingredients for one serving

1 scoop of Colnatur Sport Natural®

125 g low-fat natural yoghurt

1 lemon

1 unflavoured gelatine leaf

3 Rich Tea biscuits

 

Preparation

  1. Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and Colnatur® in a bowl.
  2. Soak the gelatine leaf in cold water. When soft, drain and place it in a microwave-safe container and heat for a few seconds.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatine to the previous mixture.
  4. Pour some of the lemon cream into a glass or jar and place a broken biscuit on top, continue alternating layers of cream and biscuit until the preparation is complete.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours.
  6. Decorate with lemon zest and crushed biscuits.
